Dr. Luz Garcini, UT Health San Antonio’s Center for Research to Advance Community Health (ReACH), was interviewed about the research she has done during the pandemic including surveying community members and health workers in Laredo and throughout South Texas to identify why underserved Latino communities are less likely to get tested for COVID-19, take preventative measures or get vaccinated.
