Dr. Robert Leverence, chief medical officer for UT Health Physicians, spoke to KSAT 12 viewers about the one-year anniversary of administering the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to front-line employees. Dr. Leverence also discussed vaccine hesitancy, the risk still out there for the community and why it’s important to get vaccinated and boosted before the holidays.
