Yogesh Gupta, PhD, Biochemistry/Structural Biology, Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute, was interviewed about a paper he co-authored that was published in the journal Nature Communications.

According to the study, the COVID-19-causing coronavirus disguises itself so it can hide inside cells in order to replicate without being detected by the immune system; decoding the coronavirus structure could lead to new antiviral drugs.
